TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
* I’ve the right to reject any kind of order.*
Returning clients gets 10% off.
FOR PERSONAL USE : Base price is applied.
Client is free to use it for non-commercial purposes such as printing the artwork for yourself and show it online.
FOR COMMERCIAL USE : +3x fee on top of the initial pricing. (Credit is required)What i need to know
1) Name & desired pronouns.
2) How many characters you would like to have.
3) References and info on your character.
4) Wishes about the background ( + pictures if you have)
5) References for compositions, poses, lighting, clothes and mood (doesn’t need to be all of them)Payment
Currency accepted is either USD or SEK and it can be paid through Swish or PayPal.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
Sketch commission is 100% upfront.Process & Delivery
Turn around time can range from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on factors such as health and the complexity of the commissioned piece.
The process will be shared with you regularly in order to provide any feedback and corrections you might have. You have to approve so I can continue the work.
Once the piece is finished you will recieve the full resolution with 300 dpi.
Clients can request for specific canvas orientations.
Canvases i use for my commissions:
Headshots: 2048 x 2048px
Portraits, waist up and half body: 3240 x 4050px
Full body: 5050 x 3050pxRevisions
*If you wish for me to change something after sketch approval, I will charge a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
Minor revisions are ==3-5 USD==
Major revisions starts with 15 USDUsage
I reserve the right to cancel and refund at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned piece.
I can use the artwork to publish on my social media platforms and on my portfolio.You (the commissioner)
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any social channels - as a wallpaper or icon for your personal website as long as it’s not monetized.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece unless you have paid for the commercial rights.Cancellation & refund policy
The buyer is not allowed any refunds once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason i’m unable to start your commission you will recieve a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.
If you’re getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will Transfer the money back to you myself.The following is considered copyright infringement
1. Claiming the artwork as your own.
2. Altering the artwork without my consent.
3. Using the copyrighted personal artwork commercially.
